Fold in the spinach and cook until it begins to wilt.
Add the roasted red peppers, Italian dressing, and oregano. Toss until evenly coated.
Continue cooking until the tortellini is heated through and the spinach is fully wilted.
Transfer to a serving dish and top with the Parmesan cheese.
Notes
- Source did not specify salt type. The stated 6 g per 1 tsp matches this vault's table salt density; assumed table salt. - The source file's special characters were corrupted by an encoding error (e.g. "½" for ½, "â…“" for ⅓). Corrected during formatting; no quantities were changed. - All gram/volume pairs in the source matched this vault's conversion references exactly or within normal rounding tolerance, so none were recalculated. - cookTime/totalTime estimated from the instructions; source gave neither. Source: Julie Evink Equipment — Required: Blackstone griddle (or large flat-top/skillet); Special tools: None Freezing: Not recommended. Alternate methods: Can be prepared in a large skillet or wok on the stovetop if a griddle isn't available.
